Winterization (blow out) Prices

Winterization (blow out) → 70 + tax for the first 8 zones and $10 for each extra zone.

Winterization Includes:

• Closing main irrigation shut off valve (curve stop valve) if applicable
• Backflow assembly is shut off and test cocks are left in the open position to allow trapped water or air out
• Introducing pressurized air to entire system through the use of an air compressor to blow out excessive water from the irrigation system, backflow assembly, and each station (zone) individually
• Leave irrigation controller on the “off” position
• Provide customer with a list of repairs or problems that could be followed up in the spring (sprinkler activation)
